MHCC Run/Walk for Women!
July 4, 2021 - July 11, 2021
This year the Mental Health Commission of Canada will be entering a team into the 2021 Virtual Run/Walk for Women. MHCC will be covering the registration costs for MHCC staff that wish to participate in this event that benefits mental wellness and programs that support women in Canadian communities. We ask that if you are interested in joining the MHCC team you e-mail Erin Wake to confirm your interest by EOD on June 1st, 2021.

On July 11, 2021, the virtual event will begin taking place in 18 cities across Canada. We anticipate over 26,000 participants will come together to celebrate the power of communities to collectively change the minds of a nation.
The virtual event offers flexibility to complete your 5km or 10km
- anywhere
- anytime between July 4-11, 2021
- at whatever pace you choose – walk, run, shuffle, or saunter
- with your family and your dog
- You can even spread it over a few days
$45 Registration (until June 1, then $50) includes:
