ODD is a condition where children and teenagers frequently display disobedient, angry, and defiant behaviour. They might argue with adults, refuse to follow rules, intentionally irritate others, and blame others for their problems. These behaviours are more intense than typical for their age and can cause difficulties at school, home, or with friends. If left untreated, ODD can make it harder to build successful relationships and navigate life.

Treatment often includes behavioural therapy, family therapy, parent training, and sometimes medication to help manage symptoms and improve behaviour.
