Insights on Implementation of the National Standard for Mental Health and Well-being of Post-Secondary Students

In 2023, approaching the three-year anniversary of the release of the National Standard for Mental Health and Well-Being for Post-Secondary Students (the Standard), the Mental Health Commission of Canada engaged post-secondary institutions implementing the Standard to gather insights from their journey to date. Based on what we heard, this resource highlights common barriers and enablers that institutions are experiencing in their work to promote and improve student mental health on campus.

Whether your institution is just starting to consider the Standard or is well on its way to implementation, this resource offers practical guidance and shared experiences to support your work.
