The Sydney Declaration summarizes a commitment of participating international organizations to share experiences, learn from each other and create connections that spark change for people with mental health issues or illnesses, their families and the community.

It was signed during a meeting of National Mental Health Commissions and other international mental health leaders in Sydney, Australia in March 2013.
