Workplace Peer Support – It Works!

Description: Peer support is an effective way for people living with mental health problems and illnesses to improve their quality of life with the encouragement and guidance of others with similar lived experiences. Peer support can be provided in both group and one-on-one settings with the goal of fostering health and recovery over illness and disability.
